IANUS, represented by Nasos Chronis, participated at the annual meeting on the state of play and way forward on the establishment of National Firearms Focal Points and the standardization of data collection on firearms at EU level, for the Ceasefire Project that took place at the 8th and 9th of April in Brussels, Belgium.
The project concentrates on developing advanced AI technologies for significantly facilitate the everyday work of LEAs as well as on establishing fully operational National Focal Points, by targeting to alleviate current organisational, operational, cooperation legal, cross- jurisdictional, trans-border and information exchange limitations/challenges.
