IANUS took place at GITEX EUROPE 2025, Europe’s most vibrant tech and innovation event, held in Berlin on May 21st, 2025.

During the event, IANUS presented its cutting-edge solutions in public safety, crisis management, and AI-driven technologies.

Our Director, Dr. Georgios Kioumourtzis, delivered a pitch presentation showcasing our innovative tools, with a special focus on SERVE an in-house developed solution that forms part of the SAFE-CITIES Project.

The 6th Plenary Meeting of the CeaseFire project took place in Belgrade, Serbia, where consortium partners gathered to review key progress and developments. Discussions focused on updates to work packages, addressing ongoing challenges, and planning for the upcoming pilots and hackathons.

Following the plenary, the second round of pilot activities officially began. Nasos Chronis, representing IANUS Technologies, actively contributed to the technical and operational discussions shaping the next steps of the project.

ALADAN Advisory Board Meeting took place from 15–16 May 2025 in Paris. Our UX Architect Alexandros Toumpin had the opportunity to represent IANUS Technologies at the ALADAN Advisory Board Meeting, where key stakeholders including representatives from various Ministries of Defence gathered to review project progress and shape the strategic direction ahead.

Alex presented the project’s selected Use cases and test scenarios, showcasing how user-centric design is driving the development of ALADAN technologies toward effective and practical real-world deployment.

The KOBAN Stakeholders WorkShop took Place 14–16 May 2025 in Poznan, Poland. Represented by our Director, Dr. Georgios Kioumourtzis, and our CTO, Irene Barri, who presented our innovative tools and solutions tailored to the goals of the KOBAN Project.

Our focus is on delivering adaptable, real-world technologies that support police practitioners and enhance the safety and resilience of local communities.
